Starting with a plain headband, use fabric glue to glue down pearls in a random pattern. You may have to do one side at a time depending on how long it takes for the glue to dry. I opted for pearls of varying sizes. You will want to make sure the pearls you get are cut in half to make it easier to glue them down.
Let the glue dry and things set overnight, and you're done!
