I wore this to a "dinner for a family friend's work promotion" AKA my surprise birthday dinner that family had planned for me. The base of the look was the dress- a Turkish maxi. The dress initially looked too grandma for me, but the color drew me in, and the pleats ended up sealing the deal. Plus, I'm a sucker for floral prints. I added emerald green acrylic earrings (the shape of which remind H of toilet seats) for a contrasting touch. To keep the dress the focal point, I stuck to a neutral clutch and platform sandals. Lastly, two vintage rings on my right pinky and index fingers added a special touch.
