Life has been insanely busy lately. So much so that I had drafted this post months ago and then completely forgot about it (and the blog). Along with the seemingly endless list of things to do or be doing, I've taken a moment to try to tone back on my online presence (with the exception of Instagram- way too aesthetically pleasing to scroll through, I could never give it up), and that includes posting on this blog. While I hope to continue posting about projects as they occur, it will be less often.
Back to what this post was about. I created this quick thank you card for some friends that H and I stayed with when we visited Chicago earlier this fall (it was my first time ever having been in the city!) I used my usual calligraphy ink, pen, and nib, and added sushi stickers from where else but Japan. Funny enough, we're headed back to Chicago tonight!
